Tua’s wife keen on Samoan gig

THE WIFE and manager of New Zealand heavyweight boxer David Tua wants to become the Samoan rugby team manager.

The Samoan Rugby Union is conducting an inquiry after allegations of misbehaviour by high management staff during the Rugby World Cup.

Robina Tua wants to take over the Manu’s management.

“I think I have the skills and knowledge, especially with managing my husband. It's given me a lot of experience," she told the Samoan Observer.

“Given the chance, I think I can show what women can do, woman power and why not? Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean anything.”
